Instructor Support Programs

Feedback from a native speaker while using a solid foreign language program will provide you with fluency in the language. Miss Charlotte Mason suggested getting a native speaking nanny for your children. Since few of us can afford such a luxury, we will have to find an alternative.

Within my Level I program I give the student the assignment to write at least ten sentences per week. In Level II, students are required to keep a language journal and write at least one paragraph per week. The creation of language in both spoken and written form is a necessary component of learning a language. This is the perfect time to find a native speaker to correct those sentences (or paragraphs) and give your child(ren) feedback about where the errors are occurring. We are starting to offer this service due to customer demand.

Level 1

Students using our Level 1 programs can choose from the following options:

Written corrections and feedback

Submission of sentences once a week to be corrected and emailed back the same week. Input into areas that need more attention and references to The Easy French or The Easy Spanish text book.

Written corrections PLUS Virtual Classroom Instruction

We're very excited to be offering this option. You get the same weekly sentence corrections and feedback as above, but you can also participate in live, online virtual classroom small group sessions! Interact with other students using the program as well as Marie and other native speakers. There will be two sessions every week for participating students:

One session will be instruction where students can send in live questions and;
Second session will be a language lab, where students can interact with each other and the instructor verbally.
